A Brief Company History Pacific Source was founded in 1992 by five owners whose goal was to become the best supplier of building materials to general contractors in Hawaii. Their belief is that Hawaiian contractors are best served by having an ally with a mainland facility near a major port with easy access to shipping, mills and manufacturers. A belief that's been borne out by the company's phenomenal growth. Since being founded, Pacific Source has grown to having over seventy employees and annual sales of $45 million. We now have a six acre facility in Snohomish, WA, a showroom, warehouse and delivery service located on Maui, a showroom on Kauai, and a showroom and warehouse/delivery facility located in Kailua - Kona. Four of the founders still work at the company and focus their efforts entirely on the Hawaiian building industry.
